		<description>The program is limited to the KC metro area due to the requirements of the funder, not any decision we made. We would be happy to apply for such funding from any organization offering it, anywhere in the state.

		<description>I know you won&#039;t use the comment.  So I guess that I will just keep the money that I would use to support KIPL and give it to my church to purchase other light bulbs etc.   
I was looking for some &quot;good&quot; information about Kansas Power &amp; Light to be used on my presentation for Earth Day.  Oh well.</description>

		<description>Processing this tar sand oil and running a pipeline to carry it from Canada to Texas sounds like insanity!  We are totally opposed to this project and feel that it disregards threats to our environment and that of our children and demonstrates a total lack of common sense on the part of those who propose it and those who say that it&#039;s not a threat.  How can you disregard past history and current facts, especially for a poor product that on its own will add to the ecological damage we&#039;ve already done to our precious planet???</description>
