Join the Kansas Natural Resource Council, Kansas Interfaith Power & Light, and our partners at a conference celebrating the Kansas environment!

Working in the environmental field is always challenging but particularly so in the current political and cultural environment. This conference will focus on bringing together people from all areas of environmental education and advocacy, helping you to build partnerships, brainstorm new ideas for your own work and celebrate your successes.

Presentation and discussion topics include:

Kansas Environmentalism – Where we’ve been and where we’re going
Crafting an effective advocacy campaign
How to build an effective education message
Breakout sessions on Clean Energy, Sustainable Agriculture, Water Quality/Quantity, and Wildlife and Land Conservation

To register, send an email to ksenviroforum@gmail.com. Please include your name and contact information including your organization name, address, and phone number. If you are registering for a group, please provide the name and contact information for each group member. One week prior to the event, all participants will receive additional information including a map and parking instructions.

Environmental organizations are invited to provide a display and informational materials at the conference. Exhibitors will be provided with one 8 ft. table. A limited number of tables/display spaces are available and will be distributed on a first come, first served bases. Contact Kim Bellemere at 785-840-8104 or kim@knrc.ws to reserve your space.

Display set-up is from 8:00 – 8:45. Registration from 8:30 – 9:00.
